Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This Privacy Policy explains how Leadsforge Tech handles information connected with visits to leadsforgetech.com and enquiries about our services.

It covers our website contact options, audit requests and consultation requests. External services involved, including WhatsApp, your email provider and Google services such as Maps, also have their own privacy policies.

Our Terms and Conditions explain the terms for using this website.

1.Who we are

Leadsforge Tech provides SEO, digital marketing and technology services from Noida, India.

For questions about this policy or information connected with an enquiry, contact us using the details in section 11.

Our operating-office and registered-office details are listed separately on the Contact page.

2.Information you share

Depending on how you contact us, you may provide:

  • Your name.
  • An email address or phone number.
  • A website or public business-profile address.
  • Information about your business and requirements.
  • Details included in later correspondence.

Different enquiry tools request information relevant to their purpose. Optional fields are identified where applicable.

Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, medical records or other confidential information in an initial enquiry.

3.Contact, audit and consultation requests

Our draft-based enquiry tools prepare a message for WhatsApp or your email application. Preparing the draft does not automatically send the enquiry to Leadsforge Tech.

WhatsApp

The draft text is included in the link used to open WhatsApp. Opening that link passes the text to the WhatsApp service. You must press send in WhatsApp for the message to reach us.

Email

The email option passes the draft to your configured email application. You must send it from that application to complete the enquiry.

Information entered into the form

Entering details alone does not send them to Leadsforge Tech through these draft-based tools. Details may remain visible while the page is open, including when a popup is closed and reopened.

You can also contact us directly by phone or email without using an enquiry tool.

4.How we use enquiry information

When we receive an enquiry, we use the information to:

  • Understand the requirement.
  • Respond to your questions.
  • Discuss relevant services and next steps.
  • Maintain correspondence about the enquiry.

If you become a client, further information may be needed to deliver the work, communicate with you and maintain project and business records.

Processing undertaken for a client project, including access to the client’s systems or customer information, is addressed through the relevant agreement and instructions.

5.Website technology and measurement

The website uses browser scripts for functions such as navigation, enquiry drafts and popups.

The static enquiry features do not themselves require cookies or browser storage to prepare a draft. This does not mean that every external service connected with the website is cookie-free.

The static website code also contains interaction events for actions such as clicking contact links or preparing a draft. These events do not, by themselves, load an external analytics service.

Our blog at leadsforgetech.com/blog/ runs on a separate WordPress installation. Blog pages store a small setting in your browser’s session storage to check how emoji are displayed, and they load fonts from Google Fonts, as described in section 6.

Website hosting and delivery involve technical information associated with browser requests, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser information. The handling of technical logs depends on the services used to operate the website.

Embedded services have their own information-handling practices, including those described in section 6.

6.Google Maps and external services

Our About and Contact pages include an embedded Google Map showing the operating office. The map loads when that part of the page is displayed.

When a map loads, your browser connects to Google. Google may process technical information, including your IP address and browser information, and use cookies or similar technologies under its policies.

Blog pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which also involves your browser connecting to Google.

WhatsApp links open a service operated by WhatsApp. Email links use your selected email application or provider.

External websites reached through links on our pages operate independently and have their own privacy practices.

7.Service providers and access

We use third-party services to operate the website and business communications, including hosting, email and messaging services.

These services process information involved in delivering their functions. Their processing arrangements depend on the provider and the service used.

When you communicate through WhatsApp or email, information is handled by the relevant service and your own communication provider.

Information received by Leadsforge Tech is used by the people handling the enquiry or related work. Access arrangements should reflect that purpose.

Provider infrastructure may involve processing outside India. Relevant locations and arrangements depend on the services involved.

8.Keeping information

We retain enquiry correspondence for responding to the request and relevant follow-up.

Client and business records may need to be retained for delivering or supporting work, maintaining accounts, or meeting applicable legal and contractual requirements.

Retention depends on the purpose, type of record and relevant obligations.

Hosting, email and messaging providers also have retention and backup arrangements. Removing information from active records does not necessarily remove every provider-held backup immediately.

9.Privacy questions and requests

Contact us to:

  • Ask how information associated with your enquiry is handled.
  • Request access to relevant personal information.
  • Request a correction.
  • Ask for deletion or for enquiry follow-up to stop.
  • Raise a concern about our handling of your information.

Provide enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned before disclosing or changing information.

Requests are assessed against the information held, the purpose for retaining it and applicable requirements. If information needs to be retained, we will explain the relevant reason.

10.Changes to this policy

We update this policy when website features or information-handling practices change.

The latest version appears on this page with its revision date.
