  • Technical foundationsWe look for visible indexing, navigation and mobile problems affecting your important pages and contact routes.
From local search to first contact

Help customers choose your business nearby.

A local search often leads to practical questions about opening hours, available services, directions and booking arrangements. Your profile and website should answer them before someone needs to call.

  • Match the service people need

Your categories and website pages should reflect the work you actually undertake. We connect those details with the searches customers use when choosing a local provider.

  • Make your information dependable

An outdated number or incorrect opening time creates an avoidable obstacle. We check the details customers rely on and correct inconsistencies across the agreed profiles, pages and listings.

  • Give customers an obvious next step

Visitors should know whether to book, request a quote, call or visit. We improve those routes and check that the contact information leads to the right team.

Profiles, pages and local enquiries

What our Local SEO service includes.

Your plan connects business-profile management with the website information customers need. We agree the locations, services and work included, along with access, approvals and implementation responsibilities.

Business profile and local information

Present your business accurately wherever customers check its details.

  • Google Business Profile details

We update your eligible profile’s categories, services, description, hours and contact information using the details you confirm. Website links lead to relevant pages, and the change record shows what was updated.

  • Premises or service-area setup

Your profile should reflect how you serve customers. We assess the appropriate address and service-area setup, explain the recommended changes and implement the agreed updates against Google’s eligibility requirements.

  • Consistent business information

Your website and relevant directories are checked for conflicting names, addresses and phone numbers. We prioritise corrections, update listings we have access to and record outstanding changes requiring your involvement.

  • Customer reviews

A review link, request wording and response guide give your team a straightforward way to ask customers for honest feedback. Requests cover genuine experiences without incentives or selecting only customers expected to leave positive reviews.

Website and local relevance

Give customers enough detail to assess the service and arrange the next step.

  • Local search research

Research identifies the services people search for, the areas involved and the businesses appearing for those searches. The findings guide your priority pages, content gaps and local search targeting.

  • Service and location pages

Your pages explain the work offered, customer suitability and arrangements for delivery or visits. We improve existing content and recommend separate location pages when useful, distinct information justifies them. Drafts go to you for approval.

  • Coverage, contact details and enquiry routes

Customers need to distinguish where you are based from where you deliver. We organise coverage information, address details, telephone links and enquiry options around your operating arrangements, then check the relevant contact routes.

  • Internal links and technical priorities

We connect related service and location pages through navigation and internal links. Agreed technical work addresses problems affecting access, indexing and mobile usability, with changes implemented directly or briefed to your developer and checked afterwards.

Tracking and ongoing improvements

Understand what customers do and use the findings to prioritise further work.

  • Profile performance

Your reporting summarises available Business Profile interactions, including website clicks, direction requests and call-button clicks. These actions are kept separate from confirmed enquiries, with the reporting period and relevant limitations explained.

  • Website enquiry tracking

We configure the agreed tracking for completed forms and contact actions, or provide implementation instructions for your developer. Telephone and WhatsApp clicks are reported separately from confirmed conversations and completed enquiries.

  • Competitor observations

Checks of competing profiles and pages help identify missing service information, stronger explanations and changes in the local results. Observations feed into specific recommendations for your website and profile.

  • Reporting

Each report brings together the work completed, search performance, available profile activity and tracked enquiries. Outstanding approvals and the next priorities are recorded so you know what needs attention.

Different ways of serving customers

Local SEO that reflects how you operate.

A shop, a home-visit service and a business with several branches need different information. We organise the work around your actual locations and customer arrangements. We do not create profiles for addresses where you have no staffed presence, such as virtual offices. They break Google’s guidelines and can lead to the profile being suspended.

  • Customers visit your premises

Your address, map location and customer-facing information should match the real business. We bring together relevant hours, service details, photographs and practical website information such as directions and access.

  • Your team visits customers

Businesses that do not receive customers at their address should hide that address on their Business Profile and show their service areas. Eligible hybrid businesses that also receive customers at their premises need both arrangements represented accurately.

  • You operate from several locations

We assess each branch’s eligibility and organise its profile, website page and contact details accordingly. Customers reach information about the location they need, while your team retains oversight of updates across the business.

How we work

Agree the priorities. Keep the work moving.

We establish the starting point, confirm the information needed from your team and organise the agreed profile and website changes.

  1. Assess the starting point

We review your profile, website and available search data, then discuss your services, customer locations and current enquiry routes.

  2. Agree the work

Your proposal records the priorities, deliverables and reporting arrangements. We confirm access, content approvals and any tasks involving your developer.

  3. Implement and check

We complete the agreed updates, share content for approval and check changes to pages, listings and enquiry tracking.

  4. Review and improve

Search performance and feedback on enquiries guide the next priorities. We explain the findings, unresolved issues and further work recommended.

Measurement and reporting

Know what changed and what customers did.

Local visibility varies with the search and the searcher’s location. Reporting brings that context together with profile interactions, website activity and feedback from your team.

  1. Relevant search visibility

The searches, locations and dates checked, alongside performance of priority website pages. Third-party visibility estimates are identified as estimates.

  2. Business Profile interactions

Available website clicks, direction requests and call-button clicks. Profile totals include organic and paid interactions where applicable; they are not presented as a count of customers.

  3. Website visits

Organic-search visits to priority service and location pages, with Business Profile website visits identified separately where the tracking setup supports it.

  4. Confirmed enquiries and contact actions

Completed forms and other recorded enquiries are shown separately from telephone and WhatsApp clicks. Your team’s feedback helps establish which enquiries matched the work you want.

  5. Completed work and next priorities

Changes implemented, information awaiting approval and the tasks scheduled next, reported at the frequency agreed in your proposal.

Getting started

How is local SEO different from general SEO?

Local SEO focuses on customers searching for a business serving a particular place. It combines work on your Business Profile, local business information and relevant website pages. Broader SEO also addresses searches that are not tied to a nearby provider. Businesses serving both audiences need those priorities planned together.

Do I need a website for local SEO?

Customers have contact options directly on an eligible Business Profile. A website adds the detail needed to assess treatments, services, qualifications, projects and booking arrangements. We assess your existing website first and explain the priorities rather than automatically recommending a replacement.

Who should own our Business Profile?

Your business should retain ownership. We work through the access you grant for the agreed tasks. Plans, changes and account responsibilities stay documented so your business keeps control of its information.

What access do you need?

Business Profile manager access and the website permissions needed for the agreed work. Search Console, Analytics and tag-management access are requested when they are part of the assessment or tracking setup. We confirm the requirements before implementation.

Your setup and results

I travel to my customers. Does local SEO suit my business?

Yes. We organise your service pages and coverage information around where your team delivers. Your Business Profile setup should reflect whether customers also visit your premises. Listing a service area describes your coverage; it does not guarantee visibility throughout that area.

Do you manage several locations?

Yes. We assess each location’s eligibility, organise the appropriate profiles and pages, and keep branch information consistent. Each location’s contact details and service arrangements should reflect the real operation. Our Multi-Location SEO service covers businesses needing coordinated support across several branches.

How long does local SEO take?

The starting point determines the work and the order of priorities. Incorrect business information, weak service pages and established competitors present different challenges. After assessment, we explain the implementation plan and how progress will be reviewed. No fixed date guarantees a particular Maps position.

How much does local SEO cost?

The fee reflects your locations, profile and website condition, content requirements and the ongoing work included. Your written proposal sets out the deliverables, implementation responsibilities, reporting arrangements, price and terms before work begins.
