Free SEO Audit

Share your website and the branches you want us to assess. We’ll examine a sample of location pages and publicly visible profiles, then identify the issues that deserve attention first. This initial assessment covers selected locations and recommended priorities. A complete network audit, account-access investigation and implementation are quoted separately.

  • Selected location pagesWe check whether customers can find the branch’s services, contact details and practical information without searching through the rest of your website.
  • Public business profilesThe assessment compares visible profile details with your website and the branch information you supply.
  • Patterns across locationsRepeated inconsistencies, outdated details and possible duplicate records help identify issues that need a wider assessment.
One brand, several local decisions

Customers need the details for their branch.

A customer checking opening hours or booking an appointment needs information about one location. Shared brand information helps them recognise your business, but the branch details determine where they go and whom they contact.

  • Help customers choose the right location

Show which branch offers the service they need, how to reach it and how to make contact.

  • Keep changes from becoming customer problems

Updated hours, contact details and service information reduce confusion when a branch’s arrangements change.

  • Find issues hidden by network totals

Branch-level reporting highlights locations needing attention, even when the overall website appears to be performing well.

Branch information, pages and performance

What our Multi-Location SEO service includes.

We agree which locations are covered, what work each needs and who approves changes. Shared standards keep the brand consistent, while branch-specific information reflects how each location operates.

Location assessment and planning

Establish what exists, who controls it and where work should begin.

  • Location inventory

Your location register connects each branch with its website page, business profiles and key contact details. Missing pages, outdated records and mismatched information are identified before updates begin.

  • Ownership and access

We document who controls the relevant profiles and accounts, then assist with access requests where needed. The access record identifies business owners, branch managers and outstanding permissions without promising the outcome of third-party recovery processes.

  • Eligibility and duplicate records

Each profile is assessed against the branch’s actual operations and relevant guidelines. Suspected duplicates, outdated records and eligibility concerns receive a recommended action for approval before changes are made.

  • Search research by location

Research connects the services offered at each branch with relevant searches and local competitors. The findings help distinguish a visibility problem from missing service information or a mismatch with customer demand.

  • Branch priorities

An agreed work list combines business goals with the condition of each location’s pages and profiles. New openings, incomplete information and branches needing stronger enquiry routes receive attention according to their needs.

Profiles and location pages

Make each branch easier to assess and contact.

  • Branch details

We update approved names, contact details, addresses or service areas, and applicable opening hours. A change record shows what was amended and which information still needs confirmation.

  • Categories and services

Profile categories and service information are checked against what each branch genuinely provides. Shared categories remain consistent for comparable locations, with differences based on real operations.

  • Location pages

Useful branch pages bring together verified services, contact routes and practical details. Your team supplies relevant information such as staff, facilities, access arrangements and photographs, which we turn into approved page content.

  • Navigation and location finder

Customers should reach the appropriate branch page through straightforward navigation. We improve agreed links and identify any location-finder requirements, with development work assigned to the responsible team.

  • Structured data

Location markup is checked against the visible branch information. Corrections address inaccurate details, conflicting entities and references to the wrong location, with validation recorded after implementation.

  • Listings consistency

Important external listings are compared with the approved branch details. The corrections record distinguishes completed updates from requests awaiting a publisher or information needed from your team.

Keeping information current

Give branch teams a manageable process and head office a dependable overview.

  • Information ownership

A simple update process identifies who reports a change, who approves it and where it needs publishing. It covers recurring needs such as holiday arrangements, staff changes and revised services.

  • Customer reviews

Branch teams receive review-request wording, the appropriate review link and guidance for responding. The process welcomes genuine feedback without incentives or directing only satisfied customers towards public reviews.

  • New, relocated or closed branches

A branch-change checklist coordinates the relevant profile, website and listing updates. Page handling reflects what customers need after the change, rather than automatically redirecting every closed location to the homepage.

  • Activity by location

We bring together available profile interactions, location-page visits and tracked actions for each branch. Consistent location identifiers help connect the data with the right branch.

  • Network and branch reporting

Your report combines a network overview with findings for individual locations. It records completed work, outstanding information and the next priorities, so head office and branch teams know what needs action.

Consistent where it matters

Keep the brand familiar. Make each location useful.

A shared page design helps customers recognise your business. The information within it should help them understand the particular branch they are considering. A city served is different from a business location. We assess profile eligibility separately from website coverage and create location content around genuine customer needs.

  • Shared brand standards

Core service explanations, terminology and approval standards give teams a consistent starting point. Branch information is checked against those standards before publication.

  • Details specific to the branch

Services, staff, facilities, access information and photographs should reflect the actual location. Shared brand copy is retained where appropriate, while local details answer the questions customers need resolved.

  • Central oversight and branch actions

Head office receives the network picture. Branch teams receive practical actions, such as confirming changed hours, replacing an outdated photograph or checking the destination of an appointment link.

How we work

Set the standards. Work through the locations.

The plan gives central teams oversight and branch teams a defined role in keeping information accurate.

  1. Assess the network

Review the branches in scope, their pages, profiles, account access and available performance data.

  2. Agree standards and priorities

Confirm the source of approved information, the update process and the order of branch improvements.

  3. Improve pages and profiles

Implement approved changes, resolve information gaps and record outstanding dependencies location by location.

  4. Monitor and maintain

Review available results, check branch changes and update priorities as the network develops.

Measurement and reporting

See the network without losing sight of each branch.

Network totals provide an overview. Location-level reporting shows where information, visibility or customer journeys need closer attention.

  1. Local visibility observations

Checks record how branches appear for agreed services from defined search locations and dates. The method is documented, and third-party tool observations are labelled accordingly.

  2. Business Profile interactions

Available metrics include call-button clicks, direction requests and website clicks. Profile reporting is labelled by source; its totals may include activity from both organic results and advertising.

  3. Location-page traffic

Search Console and analytics show available search and website activity for branch pages. Profile-link tracking helps distinguish recorded profile visits from other sources.

  4. Enquiries and contact actions

Forms and other tracked actions are connected to branches where the setup supports it. Phone-button clicks, WhatsApp clicks, confirmed enquiries and customers remain separate measures.

  5. Completed work and missing data

The report identifies updated locations, unresolved access issues, tracking gaps and information still needed from branch teams.

Locations and profiles

How is multi-location SEO different from local SEO?

The core work overlaps. Multi-location SEO adds coordination across several locations, including shared information standards, account access, branch priorities and location-level reporting. The aim is to maintain the network while addressing the needs of individual branches.

Can every branch have its own Google Business Profile?

Each location needs to meet Google’s eligibility requirements. Storefronts and service-area businesses have different arrangements. Separate service-business locations require genuine operations, including separate staff and service areas where applicable. Listing a city as an area served does not by itself qualify it for another profile.

Does every branch need its own website page?

A dedicated page is useful when customers need information about that branch. It should explain its services, contact arrangements and relevant practical details. Shared layout and brand information are fine; the page still needs a useful purpose beyond replacing one city name with another.

Who should own and manage the profiles?

The business should retain appropriate owner access, with management permissions assigned to authorised people. The arrangement needs to reflect your company or franchise structure. We document access and assist with requests where an account remains with a former employee, agency or another owner.

Running the network

How do you manage reviews across branches?

Each branch uses the appropriate review link and a consistent process for requesting genuine feedback. Response guidance helps teams answer routine reviews and escalate complaints. We do not offer incentives, write customer reviews or screen requests so only positive feedback reaches Google.

What happens when a branch opens, moves or closes?

We coordinate the approved changes across relevant profiles, website pages and listings. A relocation does not automatically require a new profile. For a closure, the page decision depends on whether customers still need information, alternatives or another relevant destination.

Will we see results for individual locations?

Yes. Reporting includes the available profile activity, page traffic and tracked actions for each branch alongside network totals. Missing access, tracking gaps and unavailable metrics are identified so locations are compared with appropriate context.

How is multi-location SEO priced?

The proposal reflects the number of locations, their starting condition and the work included. Page writing, listing corrections, access investigations and reporting requirements affect the scope. You receive a written fee and responsibility breakdown before work begins.
